Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
- 2 eggs

- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Warm the milk and mix with yeast and a little sugar. Let sit until foamy.
- Mix pumpkin purée, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and remaining sugar. Add yeast mixture.
- Gradually add flour, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Knead until dough is smooth.

- Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter for filling.
