Ingredients
- 4–6 thick bread slices (brioche or challah)
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- Butter for cooking
Instructions
- Whisk together eggs, pumpkin puree, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt a little butter.
