Ingredients

  • 46 thick bread slices (brioche or challah)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Butter for cooking


Instructions

  1. Whisk together eggs, pumpkin puree, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  2. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt a little butter.
