Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 celery stalk chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 carrot shredded
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook the macaroni for about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
