Ingredients

- 10 soft caramels
- 1 tbsp butter

- 1 cup melted chocolate coating (for dipping)

Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips and butter in microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- In another bowl, melt caramels with heavy cream until silky.
- Stir vanilla into caramel mixture, then swirl into melted chocolate.
- Chill mixture for 1 hour until firm.
- Roll into small balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill again for 15–20 minutes.
- Dip each truffle in melted chocolate coating and place back on sheet.
