Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 6 breakfast sausage links
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped chives (optional)
Instructions
- Cook sausage links in a skillet until browned and cooked through; set aside.
- Scramble eggs in the same skillet with butter, salt, and pepper until soft; set aside to cool.
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut puff pastry into squares on a floured surface.
- Place a sausage link, scrambled eggs, and cheese on each square; fold up the pastry and pinch to seal.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed; garnish with chives and serve warm.
