  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (for glaze)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.
  4. Stir in flour and salt until just combined. Fold in chopped strawberries.
  5. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
  6. Cool completely before glazing.
  7. Whisk powdered sugar and lemon juice for glaze. Drizzle over cooled blondies.
