Ingredients

  • 3 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 2 cups strawberries, halved or quartered
  • 2 cups pineapple, cubed
  • 3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup


Instructions

  1. Cube watermelon and pineapple, slice strawberries and kiwis.
  2. In small bowl, whisk lime juice and honey until combined.
  3. Add all fruits and mint to a large bowl.
  4. Pour dressing over fruit and toss gently to coat.
  5. Transfer to serving dish and garnish with extra mint.
