Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil cornstarch and garlic powder.
  3. Spread on baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Whisk honey hot sauce soy sauce and vinegar in a bowl.
  5. Remove cauliflower and toss with the sauce until coated.
  6. Return to oven and bake for 10–15 more minutes until caramelized.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use maple syrup for a vegan option.
  • For spicier results add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • Broil for 2 minutes at the end for extra crispiness.
