Ingredients

- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil cornstarch and garlic powder.
- Spread on baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
- Whisk honey hot sauce soy sauce and vinegar in a bowl.
- Remove cauliflower and toss with the sauce until coated.
- Return to oven and bake for 10–15 more minutes until caramelized.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
