Ingredients

  • 40 frozen tater tots
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsp salsa
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place 5 tater tots in each muffin cup and bake for 10 minutes.
