Ingredients

  • 1 whole cauliflower head
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Trim leaves and stem from cauliflower so it sits flat, keeping head whole.
  3. Place on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast for 40–50 minutes until golden and tender.
  5. Meanwhile, mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  6. Brush glaze over cauliflower about 10 minutes before it’s done and return to oven to caramelize.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
