Ingredients

- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Gently fold in blueberries with a spatula.
- Pour mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden on top and set in the center.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm or refrigerating for later.
