Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp chopped dill or mint
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken with garlic, parsley, onion, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Shape into ovals and press onto skewers (or shape into patties).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook koftas 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, dill/mint, salt, and pepper.
- Serve koftas warm with the creamy yogurt sauce and garnish with herbs.
