Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • ½ cup crushed pineapple (drained)
  • ¼ cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • ¾ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • Pretzel sticks
  • Red candies or cherries
  • Candy eyes or mini chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, and pineapple until smooth.
  2. Stir in bell pepper and green onions and mix well.
  3. Cover and chill the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour.
  4. Form mixture into small balls and roll in chopped nuts to coat.
  5. Decorate with pretzel antlers, red nose, and candy eyes.
  6. Chill until ready to serve and enjoy with crackers or pretzels.
