Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- ½ cup crushed pineapple (drained)
- ¼ cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- ¾ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- Pretzel sticks
- Red candies or cherries
- Candy eyes or mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, and pineapple until smooth.
- Stir in bell pepper and green onions and mix well.
- Cover and chill the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Form mixture into small balls and roll in chopped nuts to coat.
- Decorate with pretzel antlers, red nose, and candy eyes.
- Chill until ready to serve and enjoy with crackers or pretzels.
